101 Cubs are registered on the System already – this is a great sign for the greatest camp yet!

Reminder – all Groups to register approx numbers on Website
- We need all Cubs to design an Badge for County Camp 2022 , needs to be based on Time Travel. We need these for next
- We will need Cubs to help decide whether we stick with a Badge ( can be circular or rectangle ) , cap or Necker. Cubs will vote.
Base Discussion
- I will explain the bases , the activiites at Portlick , and Cubs can come up with base Ideas.
- Will show layout from last time.
- Cubs to choose bases , Camp chief to seek Volunteers
Skit Discussion
We have had a skit on the Friday night of arrival , with a number of minutes per group. We have found that these tend to overrun but will leave decision down to Cubs on Sunday ! Skit in or out !
Volunteers
Camp Chief will seek Volunteers from group and afterwards via Email/Website for some roles. All Scouters will have a role for County camp in any case – all will be explained as time goes on !
- Programme Management – Liaise with all groups organising Bases & on the day
- Health & Safety ( First Aid , Managing Medication, Risk Assessments )
- Traffic Management
- Backup Plan – Disco , Quiz , Board Games etc
- Entertainment – Campfire
- Facilities

Based on previous years , with a slight hike in Portlick costs , will be discussed
